Join Maria for a series of classes designed to introduce you to the chakras and how and why the knowledge can help you help yourself! This is a gentle movement and breath work/meditation based workshop, with discussion about each chakra. You'll leave with a great start to building your tool kit for self care. The series includes 7 crystals, 1 for each chakra. Class is suitable for all levels! This is a workshop series and designed for participants to come to all 4 classes. However, if you are only able to come to a limited amount, please reach out to us and we'll work with you as best as we can to make it happen!
