Service Description
Mat Pilates classes includes strengthening, flexibility and balance all while focused on breath-work and de-stressing. We'll target major muscle groups, while fine tuning the helper muscles to build long, lean muscles. If you have a group with a minimum of 3 and ready to commit to a minimum of 4 sessions, this is for you! I have availability to meet so just reach out to see if we can put together a time for your group! Interested in signing up? Working with a small group allows me the opportunity to focus on helping fine tune alignment and progress for the attendees.
