Service Description

This session is the perfect way to pause and take care of you! During this session Maria will guide you through meditation and gentle stretching. You'll then rejuvenate being surrounded by the frequency of the sound bowls and then receive Reiki. All you need to do is sit back and relax. 3rd Thursday of the month, 6:00-7:15pm You must sign our waiver before your first class. Follow the link on the menu bar. $25, cannot use class pass to pay for this specialty class due to cost difference.
