Service Description

The absolute best! Yoga at the beach! This class is taught on all levels and is sure to relax and rejuvenate you. There is nothing quite like a session by the ocean. Please bring your own blanket or towel. You can use bring a mat if you’d like, but they are sticky and get sandy! In case of inclement weather, class will be canceled. Weather decisions will be made the morning of class. Please sign up ahead of time, so I can email you with weather updates.
