CORE Personal Training sessions are tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it's muscle toning, weight loss, strength, stability, balance, or flexibility. My style and approach is to incorporate the wisdom of yoga and Pilates based exercises (calisthenics, flexibility, and more) as the foundation of designing a fitness routine that you want to keep coming back to. Are you interested in exploring different ways to incorporate fitness into your routine? Trying to find the way to move your body that feels right to you? The Core Training package approaches exercise and movement as a way of building a LIFE LONG sustainable health and wellness practice. Built on the foundation of alignment and safety to help you access your fitness goals. We will incorporate modern exercises with the ancient practice of yoga. Considering your fitness goals, I will design programs incorporating different training modalities (ie, cardio-respiratory, strength training, etc) to help you stay committed and interested on your path of health and wellness!
